Great service, however. I felt that I had to wait far too long (3 hours) to replace the Brake Pedal Position Sensor. I waited a long time after my appoitment time before they started work and even after it was done. Wyatt is a great Service Manager.

Sunday received an email from OnStar indicating there was an issue with my car battery. First thing Monday morning went to Nick Pierce at Queen City Motors to have the issue resolved. Nick graciously took me in immediately even though it was Monday morning and I had no appointment. While I went to exercise, a tech conducted a battery test. Upon my arrival after exercise it was clear I needed a new battery. Since one was in inventory Nick had the battery replaced and I went home a happy camper for the excellent service at Queen City Motors. Thank you!!!

The service writer was good. The receptionist that took care of the loaner was rude and I don’t ever need to deal with her again. Was told I would get a call to understand the warranty on the engine replacement and never did.

I called White's Queen City and spoke to Nick. I needed an oil change and anything else that 17k milage needed. He got my car in at 8am the next day, I had left it there the evening before, called about 9am saying my car was ready to go. It had been snowing and I hadn't been able to clear off my drive so I asked if my car could stay another night if I couldn't get up there and he said no problems on leaving my car if needed. I was able to get up and pick the Envision up later the same day. Nick was very nice, friendly and easy to work with. As normal, I will continue to get my Buick worked on at Queen City Buick. The technicians all know what needs to be done and completes the tasks. I have never had any dealings with Queen City but the best in the area.
